Job Description The Global Technology Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (GT DE&I) Talent Attraction Project Manager plays a key role in Global Technology's overall efforts to attract and recruit diverse entry level and experienced talent to the firm. You can expect to work on initiatives that foster a more inclusive, diverse and innovative technology culture through strategic programs that broaden the talent pipeline.
In this role you will work with a large, diverse and global team of internal and external stakeholders to accelerate Global Technology's diverse hiring. This multi-faceted role requires an agile team-player who is passionate about growing the definition of diverse hiring. You will ideate, contribute to, plan and develop partnerships and initiatives, guide and facilitate our internal stakeholders towards inclusive hiring best practices and assess and evaluate our impact to ensure that we are constantly providing best-in-class experiences for all our customers.
Role Overview

  • Plan and implement programmatic initiatives in DE&I Attract in the region, including:
    • Managing ongoing relationships with external partners (e.g., HITEC, ITSMF, Colorstack, Black is Tech, Code Differently)
    • Working with functional partners to identify and maintain partnerships & other engagements with national diversity organizations
    • Increasing the number of representatively diverse candidates in the pipeline for technology internships, full-time (Early Career and Experienced Software Engineers), and other Emerging Talent and Reskilling opportunities
    • Assessing and defining representatively Diversity and Inclusion Attract target communities and scale up engagement programs for Early Career and Experienced Technologists
  • Collaborate and work within the highly-matrixed global DE&I space; maintaining internal lines of communication and engagement with key leadership stakeholders, Recruitment teams, hiring managers, functional partners, and others
  • Measure ROI and communicate outcomes to key stakeholders on a regular basis; create executive summaries and provide recommendations for improving metrics
  • Administration and execution of various programs: including but not limited to managing budget, vendor management, scheduling events, activities and other program processes, prepping and conducting various sessions, creating and collecting feedback, measuring and communicating outcomes, etc.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of, and commitment to DE&I
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience working on programs/program management in large organizations
  • Self-driven; can handle multiple requests and prioritize work as needed, and work autonomously without extensive supervision. Ability to problem solve and work creatively in ambiguous, time-sensitive environments
  • Enjoy significant interaction with entry-level and experienced technology talent
  • Comfortable working with large groups, facilitating and leading presentations and sessions
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships and networks with partners of all functions and levels of hierarchy
  • [Good to have] Impactful experience with Recruitment Life Cycle, DE&I programs and event planning/execution in a corporate setting
  • [Good to have] Significant experience working on client engagement, partnership development, non-profit engagement
  • [Good to have] Experience with end-to-end event planning and execution, experience with SharePoint and Confluence will help greatly
  • Potential for heavy travel required during peak university recruiting seasons, some weekends/evenings (post-pandemic)
