Summary
Aristocrat Technologies is seeking a development minded, customer focused Manager, Talent Acquisition for a full-time, hybrid role in Las Vegas, Austin, or Nashville. The successful candidate will both lead and contribute to the talent acquisition process and develop and manage a team of recruiters helping them to drive the process, remediate inefficiency, accelerate success, and "own" the customer's business culminating in the design, develop, manufacture, and sale of some of your very favorite digital games found in casinos throughout the world.
What You'll Do

  • Guide a team of recruiters to the successful achievement of our customers' talent acquisition goals by "leading from the front", training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Measure and evaluate team and individual performance, cultivate continuous improvement, nurture a culture of ownership, and set and manage to team and individual development and growth goals
  • Accelerate the talent acquisition lifecycle, focused on quality, speed and a best-in-class customer and candidate experience
  • Partner and align with customers, peers, partners, and stakeholders at all levels throughout the organization to position, yourself, your team, and the TA organization as consultative, trusted advisors in all things talent acquisition
  • Engage, educate, and influence peers, partners, and People and Culture leadership on best practices and strategic opportunities and, when necessary, work with partners within the organization to identify, design and implement process and systems improvements
  • Positively contribute to the recruitment brand of Aristocrat Technologies, fostering the highest quality customer and candidate experience and developing opportunities for candidate reach and engagement through social media, networking organizations and the like
  • Master market data, trends, and business initiatives to guide your team, customers and the business to opportunities that could drive business growth
  • Identify, evangelize, and lead special projects and talent acquisition initiatives that help us all to recruit better, faster, and smarter


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of experience and increasing responsibility in corporate recruiting and / or "full-desk" recruiting agency
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing a diverse team of corporate recruiters supporting Information Technology, Creative and Design, Product Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Legal recruiting
  • Demonstrable Workday expertise with experience working with HRIS leaders to identify gaps, define enhancements, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency
  • Demonstrable success communicating, consulting, influencing, and building relationships at all levels in an organization with an emphasis on promoting a culture of positivity, teamwork, and results
  • Highly self-sufficient, skilled at leading in ambiguity, and making impactful, data-driven decisions in a high speed, performance focused organization
  • Possessing highly developed analytical skills with the ability to plan, implement, measure, and scale the best balance between candidate, customers, and the process
  • Specific and significant expertise in Technology or Creative recruiting is highly preferred
  • PHR is preferred
  • Prior experience in large gaming, content distribution, media and entertainment, or retail organizations is highly preferred
