As a member of the Global Learning and Development team, you will have the opportunity to bring design thinking, your curiosity of the world, and the best learning and development practices to life for our leaders and teams. Partnering with your Global L & D peers, Talent Management COE, and DEI COE, you will lead the development of learning solutions and experiences that equip our leaders to be their best.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
  • Lead the design of leadership development solutions, optimizing the human-centered design to ensure the leader is at the center from the beginning of the design through the end solution.
  • Apply current and groundbreaking organization development theories and strategies to ensure the solutions we develop work in a highly matrix organization.
  • Provide feedback and insights on the impact L&D solutions are having on employees, managers & leaders, ensuring that learning solutions achieve their intended outcomes.
  • Bring curiosity and willingness to work on the edge of new to the world theories yet balanced with a pragmatic approach to deliver valued solutions.
  • Have a mindset of agility, stewarding the most important work for the organization.
  • Bring a spirit of energy, collaboration, and fun as you team with peers at Nike.
  • Build and sustain a strong internal and external network to bring the best thought leadership to your work.
  • Use a strong work ethic to bring rigor and disciplined execution of initiatives.
  • Measure the impact of the learning & development solutions through quantitative and qualitative methods.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:
  • Report to the Senior Director, Global L & D Core Programs
  • Global learning and development Core Team and broader Global L & D Organization
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion COE
  • Talent Practices and Management COE
  • Business facing HR colleagues
  • Multi-disciplinary internal and external experts


WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, and/or a related field or a combination of demonstrable experience, education, and training.
  • Bachelors level qualification or significant experience in Manager/Leadership Dev, OD or Adult Learning
  • 5+ years of proven experience in L&D both in design and delivery; ideally with global consumer brands; with a focus on leaders and high potential talent
  • Understanding of practices & trends in Leadership Development
  • Experience in activating big change initiatives in large organizations with the ability to apply design thinking principles to develop human-centered learning solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation.
  • Understanding and experience working with digital learning interventions.
  • Experience with vendor partnership initiatives leading management and executive development schools and providers.
  • Experience crafting high-quality presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, and reporting tools and collaborative programs (Excel, Miro).
  • Strong organizational/planning and project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and high attention to detail.
  • Previously led budgets for moderate-sized projects or programs. Vendor management experience.
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and awareness: demonstrable experience in delivering L&D solutions to international audiences.
  • Ability to deliver remote or hybrid training sessions.
