Global HR Business Partner, Senior
Key Role:

Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge in the Human Resources function to provide Human Resources operational support to leaders, managers, and employees across the firm. Coach and advise on complex, time-sensitive issues in performance and behavior management, talent management, disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and risk assessment and mitigation. Partner with other teams to develop innovative solutions to complex problems and provide exceptional service to our clients. Leverage critical thinking to focus on continuous improvement and solutions to drive efficiencies and scalability of the HR function. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required .

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources roles
  • 3+ years of experience working with International based employees
  • Experience with consulting on the revision of organizational policies and directives on HR programs
  • Experience with providing internal customer service in large organizations
  • Experience with managing sensitive, critical employee situations
  • Experience with managing day-to-day employee relations
  • Knowledge of international employment laws and regulations including Europe and South East Asia
  • Ability to flex to core business hours, to support International work locations
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday HRIS
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Possession of excellent analytical, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), or equivalent Human Resources Certification

Compensation:

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $85,000 to $95,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
