We are looking for a Full Cycle Technical Recruiter with a rockstar mentality that is self-motivated and ready to make things happen in a fast-paced environment. Being a technical recruiter at Cloudbeds requires grit, organization, intentional communication, and a genuine interest in people and what will make them successful in their careers. As part of the Engineering & Product Recruiting team, you will partner closely with Cloudbeds’ global technology leaders to identify and attract the best engineering talent. This is a critical and high-impact role that ensures the success of the business through our growth and represents our company and culture as the first interaction the candidate has with the company. 

Location: US - Remote

What You Will Do: 

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to fully understand the hiring needs and proactively translate that into a best in class candidate and interviewer experience for several high priority roles
  • Use a combination of recruiting techniques and tools to build a diverse network using creative channels, source top technical talent, and engage passive candidates to hire
  • Act as an advocate for Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the hiring process by establishing regular touchpoints and providing diligent follow-through 
  • Own the full recruitment cycle for the assigned roles including sourcing, selection, interview, and offer while maintaining thorough notes of the candidate’s statuses and feedback at every stage
  • Collaborate with engineering recruiting teams to share competitive intelligence, prospective candidate leads, and placement of multiple technical roles
  • Recruit top talent through sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, and maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate
  • Develop deep relationships with candidates by understanding their goals, values, and interests to match them to the right openings and strengthen the offer process
  • Participate in events and programs for recruiting and employment branding efforts
  • Assist on roles outside of Engineering and Product as needs arise

You’ll Succeed With: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of experience sourcing and hiring for Engineering and Product roles
  • A recent track record of hiring top-tier, hard to find, technology talent
  • Leveraging experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in your hiring process
  • Demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple roles and competing priorities
  • Have exceptional interpersonal communication skills and can influence at all levels
  • Enjoy a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Possess superior research and sourcing skills, and are constantly working to improve yourself to be the best at what you do
