  • Single integrator for assessment team to gather presentation material and supporting documents and clearly communicate timeline and deadlines
  • Project manager for assessments of executive talent management programs
  • Administer assessments for leadership programs, team effectiveness and individual capability building
  • Facilitate debrief sessions with stakeholders, as needed
  • Provide HR guidance to inform leaders about the process objectives ensuring clear communication and flawless execution
  • Lead role in yearly planning and implementation of talent strategies tied to Assessment deliverables

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results
  • Effective written and verbal communication across diverse audiences
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong detail orientation and multitasking skills
  • 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • 3+ years of experience working with Data analytics
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Assessment validation, use and implementation practices
  • Comfort in and preference for working in a dynamic and fast-paced matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated success with driving and managing organizational integration and change management with positive results
  • Navigate through complex situations and drive to efficient, effective and timely solutions
  • 3+ years of experience as Organizational Assessment Analyst
  • 3+ years of experience in validating assessments for the purposes of personnel selection or completion of a graduate core program in industrial/organizational psychology
  • Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product

Typical Education & Experience: Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
