Executive Recruiting Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Executive Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our People Team!
What you’ll do:
Oversee strategic and tactical initiatives for the Recruiting Operations team
Continue to improve our recruiting process both internally and externally, implementing new structures and processes as needed
Identify and manage priority projects that directly affect the Recruiting team’s productivity and workflow
Work cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR, and other departments at Snap Inc.
Partner closely with our Executive Recruiting team to drive high priority hires through our tools and processes
Build out and continue to maintain recruiting metrics, reporting, and dashboards—leveraging internal tools, spreadsheets; while also making recommendations for new ones
Work with our HR Operations and M&A team to assess potential targets talent
Track execution against overall recruiting roadmap in partnership with talent acquisition leadership team
Learn the in’s and out’s of Workday Recruiting to maintain a consistent and compliant recruiting process
Maintain relationships between recruitment vendors
Communicate effectively internally and externally, building strong relationships with applicants, hiring managers, interviewers, business leaders, and recruiters
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated experience in partnering with high-level recruiting professionals, business leaders, HR business partners, recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining dashboards and spreadsheets for recruiting partners
Familiarity with high-volume interview environments and working across multiple time zones
Worked with third party vendors on contracts and purchase orders
Experience with applicant tracking systems (including Workday Recruiting), scheduling tools (including Goodtime), ticketing systems (including JIRA), and Google Suite
Experience creating resources, with demonstrated communication and presentation skills
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience
2+ years experience working in a high volume recruitment or related field
