In the Executive Recruiter role at Workrise, you will play a pivotal role in hiring the future leaders across every business function at Workrise. If you pride yourself on your innate ability to conduct a world-class executive search, indexing on relationship building and strategic engagement, while providing a high-level of service to C-suite leaders -- we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and build out world-class recruiting strategies for managing multiple leadership searches
- Recruit and manage the full-cycle recruiting process: identity, engage, evaluate executive level talent
- Dive into sourcing to seek out, engage, and nurture relationships with diverse talent
- Be a true thought partner to executives and stakeholders to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches at all points in the recruiting funnel
- Use data and your instincts to identify inefficiencies and improve your process and pipeline
- Deliver a consistently positive and high-tough candidate experience; act as an advocate for both candidates and the organization
What you should have:
- Minimum 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; including 2-5+ years of relevant Executive Search experience working as a trusted partner and advisor to Executives and C-suite
- Expertise independently owning and driving the search strategy; identifying, sourcing, and engaging candidates through creative and innovative approaches
- Strong focus and proven success on client and candidate experience, excellent negotiation skills, and experience closing top-talent, in a competitive market
- Experience working in data-driven environments, with the ability to track and present key metrics
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
- Strong Executive presence; highly refined presence and polish with a proven ability to effectively lead client meetings
- Operate autonomously and proactively seek out solutions to problems
