As a key leader of the Enterprise Talent Services team, the experienced and enthusiastic Manager of Enterprise Talent Services will support our largest and most dynamic clients. With deep staffing, recruiting and leadership experience, you know what ‘great’ looks like. You will lead a sourcing and recruiting strategy that ensures we identify, develop relationships, and drive dedication with the best talent in the world. To meet our clients’ global resource needs, you will use data and your substantial experience to inform decisions that make an impact. You have a bias for action, and ensure that clients, internal partners, and candidates who move through our process have an outstanding experience. You are beyond excited to harness the power of the world’s work marketplace to unlock what is possible for Upwork’s talent and clients.Your Responsibilities:

• Partner with the leaders of the Enterprise delivery teams to source, shortlist, and deliver talent for our largest and highest value clients, at scale
• Lead a diverse global talent team to source and engage high volumes of outstanding talent on the Upwork platform and from all over the world
• Meet/exceed team SLA’s, and be accountable for fill rate and quality metrics
• Partner with Upwork’s Sales, Client Talent Acquisition, Analytics, Marketing, and Product teams to constantly improve program operations, efficiency and intelligence
• Use and manage technology to engage and drive utilization of highly qualified and in-demand candidates
• Ensure an outstanding journey for clients, candidates and business partners
