Job Description

As an Employee Relations Specialist with Frost, under direct supervision, you will interview and select employees to fill non-exempt positions. Responsibilities will include counseling managers and employees regarding Human Resources policies and procedures; handling administrative tasks related to Human Resources functions; and administering tests to applicants as needed. The candidate will present New Hire Induction or Orientation.

Required:

• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or 1-3 years experience in Human Resources
• Experience with counseling managers and employees
• Interviewing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Multi-task oriented
