Anaplan is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to join our fast-growing HR team. The ideal candidate will contribute with both hands-on and strategic support to handle employee relations matters.

Employee Relations Partner Responsibilities

  • Provide Employee Relations support and partnership, and mentoring for all employees and levels of management in the organization
  • Intake employee relations cases and identifies potential solutions to address different case types and actions including performance, investigations, code of conduct and other employee relations matters
  • Investigate and resolve a wide range of employee relations concerns, to include ensuring appropriate follow-up and documentation
  • Provide data analysis and reporting solutions based on partner feedback.
  • Highlight key trends in employee relations to actively drive proactive solutions to minimize reactive work
  • Help craft and facilitate Manager Training based on data analysis
  • Partner with colleagues in the HR Business Partner, Legal, Development, and HR Operations on resolving employee relations matters.
  • Lead with integrity, respect, high personal standards and build personal credibility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3-5 years of related work experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving, judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills; including the ability to prioritize and meet target dates, as well as multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility through exercising good judgment on sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to influence using a consultative approach
  • Experience gathering and analyzing information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
