Employee Relations Manager
The Employee Relations Manager will be in the People Success team and report to the Director, People Success. This person will work very closely with the People Success Business Partners, Legal Counsel, IT, and Security Engineering organization to conduct investigations, recommend outcomes, and create policies, best practices, and programs to improve our employee experience and responses to concerns raised by employees.
What You'll Do:
- Manage sensitive Employee Relations issues and conduct confidential investigations in partnership with Legal and People Success Business Partners (PSBPs)
- Help create scalable global Employee Relations strategies and programs for the business to develop a global workflow for how Employee Relations will collaborate with the PSBP function and Employment Counsel
- Maintain strong working knowledge regarding company compliance policies, concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with executives, senior leaders, members of management, and employees at all levels of the company
- Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs,
- Identify and implement operational solutions to help scale the business, improve employee experience, education, and reduce risk
- Partner closely with regional People team partners on global strategy and execution
- Proven ability to project manage, drive results, and create positive outcomes
- Provides subject-matter expertise to the People function, front line managers, and leadership team regarding best practices for handling employee relations escalations
- Manages any necessary employment-related audits in partnership with Legal and People Ops
- Creates and maintains separate tracking and filing (case management process) for investigations and/or disciplinary activities
- Track, analyze, and report regularly on ER trends seen in the organization Investigates and supports leadership in making decisions regarding discipline, performance management, and termination
- Willing to travel to other offices as needed
