Employee Relations and Investigations Specialist, Mid
Key Role:

Support the investigations process involving internal policies and allegations of employee misconduct, including potential violations of time and expense charging, inadvertent information exposure, data breaches and spills, discrimination, harassment, and workplace violence, as well as other criminal or civil laws that could require disclosures to the Federal Government or third party. Work with colleagues and aligned in-house attorneys to track and maintain the flow of investigations from intake to the final disposition phase. Collaborate and consult with Human Resource business partners and other internal teams to resolve escalated employee relations, contractual, and compliance inquiries across all segments and business locations. Provide support and direction to the business partners and other internal teams by providing policy guidance and interpretation and provide analytical support for HR policy development, including policies and practices related to disciplinary actions, performance, compliance, and other matters. Maintain responsibility for developing and implementing actions to address gaps or areas requiring attention for the firm, including workstreams, reviewing investigations and cases, disciplinary action reports, or other data sources to identify trends. Develop and facilitate training to internal and external delivery staff on topics related to employee relations, ethics, policies, and investigative processes. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience supporting employee-related investigations in HR, Employee Relations, or Corporate Security Services

-Experience with developing or delivering client education and training programs

-Experience acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, peers, and employees with a consultative approach

-Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Knowledge of HR technologies, including HRIS or Case Management Tool

-Ability to work independently and utilize resources to problem solve a variety of complex, highly sensitive people issues

-Ability to prioritize work in fast paced environment

-HS Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in HR, or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in HR

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information and data from multiple sources and summarize investigative findings in writing clearly and concisely

-Ability to verbally present investigative findings and respond to questions clearly and concisely

-Ability to demonstrate flexibility and maintain focus while managing changing demands and priorities

-Experience with WorkDay

-SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 55,000 to 80,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
