As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will:

• Own the employee experience directly related to Spreetail’s workforce located in fulfillment centers.
• Coordinate and execute team meals and happy hours with consideration of how to make each a positive and inclusive experience for employees, no matter their location.
• Serve as the onsite lead point of contact at local events (both Lincoln and Omaha) while overseeing all logistics related to assigned events, including venues, vendors, and employee “swag."
• Partner with multiple departments to drive event participation, with the special aim of engaging fulfillment center employees. 
• Process Employee Experience-related payments and invoices.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and develop creative options to maximize experience opportunities.

Who you are:

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed to deliver quality events. 
• Able to travel up to 25% to our fulfillment centers where appropriate.
• Experience planning and executing events. 
• Strong organizational skills. 
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Project management skills.
