Employee Experience Partner

Summary: The Employee Experience Partner is an HR Business Partner 2.0. This is someone that is a trusted co-pilot to leaders and an extension of the teams that they support. The ideal candidate is a culture champion with a people first mentality and understands the importance of optimizing team performance for success. On the flipside, this candidate is also proactive about addressing people issues in the workplace and doesn’t shy away from getting into the complexities of team dynamics with a goal of bringing the disconnect to ZERO between managers and employees.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Supports a dotONE (1 in 1000) high performance culture by bringing the D20 (Disconnect-2-Zero) between employees and managers through ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Delivery of the new hire orientation and executive onboarding program, ensuring employees at all levels are enabled for success started with day 1
  • Conducts proactive check ins, pulse surveys, stay interviews, round table discussions and develops action plans to champion progressive change
  • Performance Management - Facilitates the semi-annual performance review process and ensures talent management is ongoing and that managers and employees are aligned on job expectations.
  • Employee Development - Partners with leaders to develop employees through creative learning and engagement activities
  • Win-Win-Win Mentality - Is proactive about addressing concerns and proposing balanced decision making between the employee, manager and company
  • Cross-trained on interview process. May be asked to participate in department level interviews to assess for culture and core values.
  • Hop on the Roller Coaster Mentality - Humble enough to jump in and do everything from HR administrative duties to critical thinking sessions and agile enough to do it at warp speed
  • Global Mobility - Manage the international transfer process of employees
  • Employee Relations - Manage any works councils or legal HR actions for employees 

What You Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in HR
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience with Google Suite is a plus
