The Early Talent team supports Intern and New College Graduate hiring and programs across the organization. We create robust on-campus recruiting strategies to attract top Early talent. Once onboard, we continue our mission with fun and engaging programs for new grads and interns.
We are seeking to add a recruiter based in the UK to our growing team! In this role you will support the efforts of the entire University lifecycle . Providing a positive candidate experience will be a top priority. In addition to the role of recruiter, you will also dig into related projects to support our Early Talent programs. This is a detail oriented, fast paced, and exciting role!
Job Description
Manage full cycle recruitment for early talent ( including Intern) roles in the UK ( Helping as needed in EMEA also )
Partner with other Early Talent Recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
Build and Own University relationships as well as relationships with other not for profit organizations to recruit and build Early Talent pipeline in the UK
Build and execute on the UK campus/virtual event planning to attract and recruit Early Talent
Document University processes and policies for the UK market
Assist in enhancing our current intern and graduate programs in the UK as well as across EMEA
Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in University/Early Talent Recruiting or running University programs
Ability to multitask, prioritize time, and meet deadlines in a challenging and fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Self-directed and able to work independently
Demonstrated customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience with ATS ( Smart recruiters a plus)
Experience using Gsuite
Fluency in English essential ( Fluency in another European Language a plus )
Must be able to travel 20% of the time ( COVID dependent)
