Job Summary:

The Vivint DTH Recruiting Team is looking for a strategic and creative recruiting manager to join our team. Vivint's door-to-door sales force is the greatest in the world, and our recruiting team plays an integral part in their success. We work in unison with our sales leaders to help them recruit for their teams across the country. This includes the broader recruiting strategy, finding new top of funnel inputs, improving current funnel processes, and building out a network and partnership with sales leaders. We work in an extremely fast-paced environment that requires thoughtful planning, quick thinking, and creative multitasking.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build out and manage an overall recruiting strategy for our DTH sales channel.
  • Manage relationships and strategy with 3rd party vendors.
  • Oversee spend on software, events, and other recruiting tools.
  • Communicate confidently with sales managers, regionals and VPs in person and over the phone.
  • Help build a multifaceted recruiting funnel that lets us analyze quickly and efficiently the pros and cons of current systems/processes.
  • Set and meet expectations, timelines and priorities with coworkers, partners, vendors and our customers with autonomy.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with multiple partners and nation-wide vendors.
  • Manage our recruiting budget and find ways to bring exceptional value to our sales leaders through our recruiting program and design.
  • Make sure data inputs are quick and accurate so the team can remain agile and proactive.



Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Recruiting and management experience.
  • Work in a sales environment preferred (especially direct to home).
  • Adaptability with urgency to last-minute changes and exceptions.
  • Solution oriented and creative problem solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus if proficient in Breezy or Handshake.
  • Maintain quality and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable negotiating and problem-solving over the phone
  • Ability to convey complex ideas and strategies with simple dialogue and planning.
