About the role
At Wonder, we believe our people, and our combined experiences, is our greatest asset to being successful and forming a great environment that fosters learning and growth. Our Diversity Recruiting Programs team is set to engage and attract talent with diverse perspectives, skillsets, and experiences who represent the communities where we live and work. As a Diversity Talent Scout, you will be responsible for augmenting the candidate pipeline of both passive and inbound candidates for critical roles across business and technology by leveraging multiple channels and strategies. Responsibilities include:
- Build and execute creative diversity sourcing strategies for business and tech roles to augment our candidate pipelines with diverse representation
- Build out a robust Diversity CRM strategy to identify, attract, engage, and nurture talent
- Work in lockstep with our recruiting team to fill high priority roles to ensure we meet our diversity hiring commitments
- Attend and host in-person recruiting and networking events to help build our employer brand and connect with underrepresented groups
- Educate the hiring team on evolving best practices to recruit effectively and equitably
The experience you have
The ideal candidate is someone with a background in diversity recruiting and a passion to create change, build and network. This role is highly interactive and cross-functional.
- 2-4 years of relevant recruiting experience as a sourcer or recruiter
- Experience using innovative research & sourcing techniques to identify and engage diverse talent
- Experience networking across varying channels (sourcing platforms, events, conferences, meetups, community groups)
- Experienced sourcer with proven success interfacing candidates and managing full cycle recruiting processes
- Experience effectively partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to influence decisions and gain buy-in
