Job Description:

The Diversity and Inclusion (DI) Partner (IDM 2.0) analyzes DI data, builds strategy, designs, develops and implements DI programs and monitors impact, and guides Business Unit (BU) DI teams to promote diversity and inclusion across the organization, in partnership with Business HR. This role focuses specifically on supporting Intel's US expansions as a part of our IDM 2.0 strategy and our manufacturing teams. The role creates and executes initiatives to support Expansion strategies, with a focus on reaching our corporate diversity and inclusion goals. This includes efforts to attract and acquire talent from diverse backgrounds, engage and retain, build an inclusive and equitable culture, and develop and progress this workforce in their careers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzes data, draws conclusions, uses data to influence and recommend action to the site expansion team.
  • Defines DI strategy to ramp and sustain new sites, consults with Manufacturing and expansion teams on direction, manages stakeholders including executives.
  • Identifies programs that improve hiring practices in close partnership with Talent Acquisition team, support the professional growth of women and historically underrepresented groups, increase retention, and build an inclusive culture.
  • Sources, aligns, and executes diversity and inclusion programs and resources.
  • Leverages corporate programs and resources and adjusts to the unique delivery needs of the organization's global dispersion.
  • Engage with local communities and partner closely with Public Affairs to center diversity and inclusion in our partnerships.
  • Identifies and implements tracking metrics for measuring the effectiveness of the site's initiatives.
  • Prepares quarterly reports, in partnership with DI Business Partners, for senior management outlining progress of initiatives and success metrics.
  • Provides key input to the promotion, communication, and education of DI programs.
  • Works closely with Business HR, BU Leaders, and Global Diversity Inclusion Social Impact team.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:

  • BS degree in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, Business, or related field with 4+ years of successful project management for diversity, inclusion or equity, with experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams or 7+ years of diversity, inclusion or equity experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 2+ years of experience with people data analytics, data-driven storytelling and decision-making.
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience or Project Management Certification.
