We are seeking a passionate Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Program Lead that will work with our DEIB manager to drive our strategy and initiatives as it relates to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. The candidate for this job will oversee our network of employee resource groups and assist with DEIB programming and trainings, while promoting and operationalizing DEIB within Alteryx.
This position is REMOTE.
What you'll do:

  • Ensure ERG efforts and goals are aligned to the broader DEIB strategy, identify synergies to amplify the effectiveness of ERG events and initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ERGs, executive sponsors, and other key stakeholders
  • Develop metrics to measure ERG effectiveness
  • Stay current on DEIB programs, research and development; network and build relationships with professional and educational organizations


  • Be an authentic and trusted DEI advocate for employees and serve as a change champion
  • Partner with DEIB Manager to organize, facilitate, and moderate company-wide events, trainings and workshops that educate and create community around diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
  • Think big with an expanded, holistic view and long-term perspective


Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
  • Believe that DEIB is truly your purpose and passion
  • Experience working with Employee Resource Groups, including leading, managing, designing processes, guidelines, trainings for ERG leadership and developing metrics
  • Execution of creative programs throughout the employee lifecycle to ensure a diverse workforce and equitable internal practices.
  • Strong self-starter who enjoys both autonomy and collaborating


Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range is $80,000 to $95,000. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
