We’re searching for a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager to join our People team here at Snappy! We’re looking for an individual who is deeply passionate about DEI, has strong program management skills and is able to collaborate with the entire Snappy organization. As our first DEI Manager, you’ll build and implement a variety of DEI programs, assess gaps and measure progress with the goal of promoting meaningful, long-lasting change. As Snappy grows, we’re dedicated to building a well-funded and robust DEI initiative that will touch all our employees, customers, and gift recipients!

You will:

  • Work hand-in-hand with leadership to define, develop, and establish DEI strategy at Snappy
  • Establish goals, benchmarks, and metrics to ensure effectiveness of DEI programming 
  • Analyze data to help identify trends, insights and gaps to inform strategy in order to insightfully report on metrics that measure progress and the effectiveness of efforts
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts on the People team in L&D, career pathing and compensation bands, hiring and performance management, employee engagement, development, and retention
  • Lead and/or support DEI-related communications - in particular, for our Marketing, Gift Curation, and Partnership teams
  • Be hands-on in the hiring process by advocating for candidates and collaborating with hiring teams
  • Research, establish and develop partnerships with organizations to enhance Snappy's DEI pipeline

You are:

  • Backed by 5+ years of company culture, human resources, or DEI programming experience in a global, fast-paced environment
  • Attuned to industry knowledge and trends in topics of culture and diversity and inclusiveness
  • Eager to guide strategy at an early stage company that is dedicated to growing our DEI efforts as an integral part of the business
  • Experienced in the facilitation and training/coaching, including designing and implementing L&D initiatives with a DEI lens
