We are committed to giving our employees what they need to be at their best both personally and professionally and due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a Director of Well-Being and Employee Experience to further this commitment. This role will support the strategy, and with their team, lead the execution of Wellness, Engagement and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Here is what success looks like
- Lead the implementation of a comprehensive well-being strategy. Analyze data to inform program design enhancements aimed at improving employee health outcomes and ROI.
- Assess success of current programs, measure utilization and adjust as necessary; creating structure, clarity and functionality around programs while allowing for a level of creativity and flexibility.
- Develop engaging organizational programs for employee groups with non-traditional work schedules and locations.
- Keep a pulse on health and wellness trends externally and regularly gauge employee interest.
- Design, develop and oversee the launch of a combination of internal and external programs and tools that drive a deeper connection to cultural values (servant leadership competencies) and company vision.
- Identify opportunities to infuse our employee first practices into our customers and communities.
- Develop, and report on key metrics that provide the Executive Strategy Group with a solid understanding of the status of wellness success measures, engagement surveys, and key demographics and achievement in DEI.
- Oversees company-wide engagement survey and action planning.
- Work in tandem with leaders across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Total Rewards to build strong linkages between our employment brand, employee value proposition and across all people programs.
Skills and Qualifications
Here is the overview of the background we are looking for:
- 8+ years of demonstrated success in creating or co-leading well-being programs for organization of 2,000+ employees
- At least two (2) years leading direct and indirect teams
- Experience scaling programs in a high-growth environment (exponential/double digit growth)
- Passionate about people, wellness, culture; energetic and motivating
