The Role

We seek a training and development expert who can build Circulo U - our training and development organization that will ensure we provide the needed training to serve as well as an authentic understanding of our approach to prioritizing the needs of the individuals we serve and our employees who serve them.

What we're looking for

  • A servant-leader with a passion for helping improve the lives of the people they lead and the people they serve
  • A positive, growth-oriented mindset 
  • Significant experience developing, launching and overseeing new programs that train and develop employees
  • 7+ years of increasingly responsible roles in the Human Resources field, specific to training and culture development
  • Bachelor degree with education relevant to training and development, adult learning, instructional design or related fields
  • Experience in the Human Services field is preferred

What you will do

  • Build Circulo U - our training and development organization
  • Acquire the systems needed to provide and document training simultaneously in multiple locations using both virtual and in-person solutions
  • Combine existing training modules with new content to create a compelling suite of training and development materials that support our cultural values
  • Plan, implement and administer training and development programs for a variety of employees ranging from direct caregivers to supervisors and organizational leaders
  • Assess the effectiveness of systems and content and make changes as needed to ensure a highly effective training and culture development program
