Director, Engagement and Inclusion
Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Engagement and Inclusion to join our Talent Development team. As the Director, Engagement and Inclusion you will identify, evaluate, and implement solutions for key Engagement and DEI priorities, while benchmarking external methodologies, current and future trends, and creative solutions from the marketplace
What you’ll get to do:
- Create, implement, and drive IAS long-term effectiveness of DEI strategies and Talent Engagement programs throughout the talent lifecycle (hiring, performance management, compensation, career development, engagement, and retention).
- Analyze data to help identify trends, insights, and gaps to inform strategy; develop and insightfully report out metrics that measure progress and the effectiveness of our diversity and inclusion strategy.
- Advise, coach, and guide all levels of employees to build cultural competence
- Own our Engagement Survey and create actionable and measurable next steps for Leadership and HR teams to continue to build a highly engaged workforce
- Continually assesses the effectiveness and competitiveness of programs (including DEI, Compliance Training, Building a Better Place, Mentorship, etc) practices by leveraging industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
You should apply if you have most of this experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in a leadership position implementing holistic DEI recruitment and talent management strategies and 5+ years of general program management experience
- A track record of success driving DEI strategy with positive results
- Impeccable integrity and professional ethics
- Previous HR experience and thoughtful understanding of HR practices and talent management processes, including performance management, internal mobility, engagement, and retention
- Ability to operate as an effective, thoughtful partner to multiple functions within the People Team and the broader organization.
