Responsibilities: 

We are looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition who can shape our talent acquisition strategy across the company and lead our stellar team to success. You will be wearing many hats supporting the Talent team which includes driving the strategy for candidate experience and employment brand, as well as keeping our teams feeling supported as we scale. We’re looking for someone that is excited to build and has a drive for continual and effective improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Implements innovative, human-centered sourcing and recruitment strategies with a focus on acquiring top diverse talent to meet our current and future hiring needs
  • Drives enablement for recruiters, interviewers and hiring managers, in the areas of sourcing, talent assessment, recruitment tools, and inclusive hiring strategies
  • Manages a high-performance recruiting team, including recruiters and recruiting leads
  • Partners with Finance and People Operations teams to effectively plan and manage to headcount planning budgets
  • Provides expert guidance and training to hiring managers to attract, select and onboard highly skilled diverse candidates
  • Acts as a true business partner to leadership in hiring
  • Manages recruitment analytics and keeps the team and leadership informed on these metrics to make better business decisions
  • Partners with People Operations to support a seamless candidate experience once selected

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in a hyper-growth environment. Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with human-centered process improvement through design thinking
  • Authentic, inspiring, and hands-on leadership with experience driving recruitment teams in a fast-paced tech company
  • Proven experience building trusted relationships with people at all levels, across multiple functions and in all geographies
  • Data-driven strategies, using data analytics to develop insights and drive programs
  • Superior communication skills with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Passion for your craft. You are resilient and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done
