Director of Recruiting

ActionIQ is building the next-generation data infrastructure for the CMO. As Marketing becomes more data-driven, and CMOs more sophisticated, a new market for data-first Marketing Applications is inevitable and requires a complete rethink of the traditional Marketing tech stack. ActionIQ is a pioneer in this emerging space pursuing a multi-billion dollar opportunity.
We are looking for a Recruiting leader who will own and define our talent strategy and drive our recruiting function to support rapid organizational growth. This includes employer branding, full cycle recruiting, and recruiting operations. Reporting to the VP, People & Employee Success, you will manage and continue to build out our recruiting team.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with the VP, People to build a recruiting process that scales with the company
- Ensure the Recruiting team is positioned for success and closely aligned to the vision and culture of the organization
- Lead and develop a full cycle recruiting team (both technical and non-technical)
- Develop and execute a data-forward recruiting strategy using both internal data and external market intelligence to ensure we hit our ambitious hiring targets
- Help define KPIs and other success metrics to enable us to continuously measure and improve our performance, productivity, and strategies
- Work closely with the VP, People and Marketing team to define our employer brand strategy
- Become a trusted partner and advisor to hiring teams, the People team, Finance, and other functions across the organization
- Identify and leverage strategic external partnerships such as agencies and partners focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion
Requirements:
- Preference for 10+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years in a management role
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful recruiting strategies at tech companies experiencing high growth
- Experience driving inclusive and equitable recruiting practices
- Strong people development and coaching skills
- Experience using metrics and data to foster a compelling, data-driven recruiting narrative
- Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders at multiple levels of the entire organization
