Reporting to the Head of People, the Director of Recruiting is a dynamic role within Alloy and will be the driving force behind Alloy’s talent strategy critical to continued success. Collaboration is key to this role so expect to partner with leaders and hiring managers across the company to elevate Alloy’s talent acquisition plans and tactics.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute against the current hiring plan for 2021, 2022, and beyond while investing in the processes, technologies, and inclusive candidate experiences necessary for the success and scaling of Alloy’s expected growth including a global recruiting strategy
- Support talent resource forecasting and succession planning to ensure proactive candidate pipeline development across all teams
- Build trusted relationships with peers and key leadership stakeholders across all business lines, to ensure a seamless post-hire experience
- Coach, empower, motivate, and develop a stellar group of talented, highly motivated people-focused recruiting team members
- Ensure the recruiting team is effectively resourced to support hiring goals - modeling capacity and making business a case for incremental investment - and leveraging data and research to track and evaluate team performance
- Advise on talent strategies based on a deep understanding of the market, the competition, and emerging industry trends
- Drive diversity hiring strategies and implementation, and leverage and curate key external partnerships to drive progress toward the company's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion goals
- Foster collaboration with stakeholders across teams to lead and develop an integrated employer brand communications and recruitment marketing strategy
What we’re looking for
You're a results-oriented and passionate leader with the ability to set clear goals and metrics to motivate your team, develop actionable plans, and manage work to achieve desired outcomes. You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day!
- 7+ years of recruiting or relevant operational experience and at least 2 years leading a team in hyper-growth organizations, including management of an in-house team with a B2B technology focus
- Deep insight into recruiting best practices and experience developing a robust hiring engine built for scale
- Analytically minded and have a data-driven attitude with an ability to drive suggestions/recommendations based on the insights
- Demonstrated experience improving a company's diversity through inclusive and strong recruiting practices and partnerships
- Strong influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport, build credibility and create partnerships at all levels within the company
