Director of People Operations
Luxury Presence is a rapidly growing Bessemer-backed SaaS startup that enables real estate agents to manage their online presence. We are moving fast to build the next generation SaaS platform in the rapidly growing PropTech industry. We’re looking to bring on a Director of People Operations to help us build a world-class performance culture where top performers thrive. It’s a role that will require an analytical skill-set that will be used to strategically guide processes through testing, project management, and measurement.

You’re gifted at:
-Creating communication plans for policies that empower our employees to do the best work of their lives
-The details and thrive managing the data around our employee journey
-Having difficult conversations including mediation, spot-coaching, and conflict resolution
-Managing up, down and across. You practice extreme ownership and don’t hesitate to get it done
-Project management; gathering data and insights from stakeholders and leveraging it to create actionable, detailed plans while being able to measure effectiveness and iterate seamlessly
You have:
-5-8 years of HR experience at a high growth tech company where you have been a part of and/or responsible for operating in multiple states and countries
-4+ years with leadership responsibilities (managing people/leading initiatives)
-A self-directed interest in developing your craft to better serve your company and its employees
-Developed total compensation strategies that have proven to engage and retain top performers
-Experience making DEI an integral component of a performance based tech company, we believe diversity leads to better outcomes for our employees and customers
-Partnered with leads to develop L&D strategy that makes employees more effective and leaves them better positioned for growth opportunities
You command:
-Leveraging HRIS software to increase data accuracy, work efficiency and effectiveness
-Working within a culture that creates a safe space for people to do the best work of their lives
-Assessing risk and prioritizing what’s most important, you focus more on proactive long-tail strategy and execution than reactively solving problems
