About the Team
VIZIO is seeking a Director of HR Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will optimize and e nsure that systems and tools are b eing leve raged appropriately to drive effic ien cy . This includes assessing and strategizing the roadmap for all core HR systems (Workday), technologies, processes, and practices to enable effective management and operation of the workforce. This person will also focus on managing the documentation of recurring processes and ensure knowledge continuity within the HR Operations functional area of responsibility.
What You Will Do

  • Direct, manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the HR function including; HRIS, Total Rewards, Operations, and Compensation .
  • Manages the HR data and provides necessary reports for critical analysis of the HR function and the people resources of the organization.
  • K nowledge of SOX Compliance.
  • Refine compensation programs, benefits, and other employee incentives.
  • Develop and implement compliance training initiatives to fully comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial data and people analytics to the internal and external stakeholders in Human Resources and across the business . Lead data collection and provide weekly reporting on business insights that will drive continuous improvement in the HR organization and across the company.
  • Oversee the documentation of departmental processes and procedures for compliance purposes.


About You

  • You have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • You have 7-10 years of combined experience in core HR Operations functions, including policy management/enforcement, Total Reward, and HRIS systems.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a manager role or higher with direct reports.
  • You have 3+ years of experience with Workday and demonstrate understanding of tool capabilities to solve process issues and improve efficiency .
  • You have experience managing people-related compliance and operations for a publicly traded company and are familiar with and able to implement SOX requirements and controls effectively.
  • You have excellent judgment and the ability to lead multiple teams and multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
  • You have strong project management skills and the ability to drive stakeholders to deliver exceptional results on schedule, even with tight deadlines or quick turnaround times.
  • You are analytically minded, possess close attention to detail, and take a data-driven problem-solving approach.

For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $146,000/year. The maximum salary for this position $190,000/year . The compensation package includes the annual bonus in addition to a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
