The FullStory People Ops team supports FullStory's growth by ensuring every FullStorian has the skills needed to thrive here and taking the lead in modeling and evolving our values and culture. As Head of Operations for our team, you’ll scale up the HR systems, processes, and policies, all while sloughing off bureaucracy and roadblocks that creep up in larger organizations. You’ll build out the dashboards, scorecards and KPIs we’ll leverage to know if we’re succeeding. To do this well, you’ve got to know your way around the HR tech stack and the “keep it legal” side of HR and thrive on collaboration, iteration and adaptation. This role will report to our Head of People Operations.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Lead implementation and then management of FullStory’s HRIS and other tools and systems; repair and rework the tools to serve FullStory’s specific needs and ensure data integrity.
  • Own all compliance and employment policies (e.g., ranging from the basics of ACA, EEOC, etc. to the more complicated medical leave, “globalization” of policies, etc.)  
  • Create and manage the HR Ops roadmap so we can prioritize the highest impact processes and model “Bionics” (a FullStory watchword) for the team and company.  
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in People Ops and around the company to help streamline, optimize and evolve our People Ops programs. 
  • Build dashboards and regularly analyze data for improved decision-making and storytelling across the company (and help the rest of the People Ops team raise our game around data).
  • Hire and manage HR Ops team members in the coming years.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has implemented and administered an HR system for a company of 1000+ employees
  • Has experience with United States employment law and compliance (e.g., checklists and must-do’s for federal laws and programs) 
  • Has experience managing multiple high-stakes projects with competing deadlines
  • Has experience in data analytics from building reports to presenting data to executives in a way that drives decisions and delivers insights
