Director, HR Business Partner
The Director, HR Business Partner will lead a small team of HRBPs and will partner with senior leaders of SailPoint (VPs and Directors) along with their respective leadership teams to develop and execute strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness. This role will be able to understand priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows rapidly. In this role, the Director, HR Business Partners will serve as a liaison between the business and the central corporate teams to assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, retention, staffing, career development and leadership development.
Responsibilities:
- Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results across a global organization
- Manage a small global HRBP team
- Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee
- Work closely with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and People Success teams to support attraction and retention of top talent
Requirements:
- Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic environment
- Strong business acumen in software and broader technology
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors
- Experience managing projects across small and large organizations
- 7+ years relevant HR Business Partner experience including at least 3 years supporting senior business leaders in the area of organizational design and talent management
- Strong analytical skills using both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Strong project management, change management, facilitative and consulting skills.
- Ability to analyze statistical data and draw conclusions from that data
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize time-sensitive requests
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline or equivalent related experience
