The new Director HR, Transformation and Agile is a strategic leader responsible for driving and overseeing the transformational efforts related to the Company's most valuable assets, our people and How We Work (HWW). The primary focus will be to program manage the design and implementation of innovative HR strategies, processes, and technologies to enhance the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience of the organization. The Director HR will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives, and external partners to develop and execute transformative initiatives that align with Leading Snacking Powerhouse (LSP). This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices notably workforce planning, change management expertise, and the ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes.
The Director HR, Transformation & Agile will lead the agile team resources as they are deployed against the most strategic business initiatives prioritized annually. They will develop the required skills across the team to deploy effective Change, OD, Data Management, Talent & Workforce planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR transformation strategy that aligns with the company's LSP aspiration and developing the required transformation capabilities within HR.
- Workforce Planning: Lead the operational execution of annual and optimization workforce planning to enable planning and budgeting required to deliver an organization with the right skills, at the right cost
- Change Management: Champion a culture of change and innovation by effectively communicating the vision for HR HWW transformation, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and supporting employees through the change journey.
- Organizational Design: Collaborate with HR strategic business and talent partners and other leaders to assess and optimize the organizational structure, ensuring it is agile, scalable, and aligned with business and HWW strategic objectives.
- Data Analytics and Insights: Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a focus on work prioritization and continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Change Management & Leadership Development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform HR strategies and decisions.
Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives and driving organizational transformation.
