We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to join our growing team in Austin; A game-changer and out-of-the-box thinker who can operate strategically and thoughtfully to uphold, inspire and lead a best-in-class non-tech Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the development and implementation of modern and comprehensive full-cycle recruitment strategies; Strategies that are customized and effectively executed to drive positive hiring results for our Global offices
  • Inspiring and leading with empathy, while developing a highly cohesive and high-performing team that is customer-obsessed
  • Effectively partnering with key stakeholder, including Sr. Leadership to understand the Team Member landscape and internal workforce capabilities; Build customized strategies and diverse candidate-pipeline opportunities for anticipated needs as well as identify/resolve areas of potential risk
  • Leveraging recruiting metrics, insights and reporting to drive positive change by enhancing our recruitment processes and/or strategies
  • Seeking out recruiting trends and understanding the competitive landscape; Address and/or create opportunities were necessary
  • Providing thought leadership and guidance on technology, tools and resources utilized to create a simple and intuitive candidate/ hiring leader experience; Ensuring that recruiting tools are effective, optimized and widely adopted
  • Engaging with Recruitment Marketing to develop complementary strategies that enhance recruiting initiatives

  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and persuasion skillsAbility to make decisions autonomously and anticipate future needs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree and 6-8 years of recent and relevant experience 
  • 3+ years of leading a Talent Acquisition team of Recruiters
  • Previous experience in building recruiting strategies with DE&I at the forefront; Comfortable and agile with leading through change and at times, ambiguity
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory factors governing and impacting recruiting/HR practices
  • Familiar with industry and diversity associations or other sources that may yield talent
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and developing high performing teams through guidance, coaching and performance
  • Proven experience negotiating contracts/partnering with agencies for contingent workers and direct hires
  • Previous experience leading a campus and internship recruiting initiatives
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; A team leader who can positively and productively impact strategic and tactical initiatives while developing and leading by example
