WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are searching for a Change Management Director to lead teammates and support strategic HR change and transformation initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional program and project teams, NIKE HR's Change Management Office (CMO) provides expertise to various HR partners across the globe. We develop plans and change experiences that emphasize collective readiness as well as effective and coordinated activation. We need a passionate teammate who has a high tolerance for ambiguity, strong prioritization skills and the ability to work well with and influence a large variety of personalities at all levels of business.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will lead the change management strategy and plans for Nike HR's strategic change and transformation initiatives that seek to elevate the teammate experience for all NIKE, Inc. employees. You'll design the behavior adoption strategy for a variety of experience, learning and growth, DEI and functional transformation initiatives. You'll also build a strategy that predicts and measures readiness and behavior adoption at any given moment in time. Leading a team of internal experts and external consultants, you'll document employee impacts and implement change management tactics that drive knowledge, engagement, learning and continued adoption. You'll play a leading role in building the capability of the Nike HR CMO, as well as our business partners, engaging senior leaders and supporting them in successfully carrying out their sponsor role.

You'll present strategies and findings to partners as needed, and participate in the coordination and setup of workshops, working sessions, and meetings, demonstrating a mastery of verbal and written communication. Furthermore, you'll serve as a liaison with other transition teams at Nike, as appropriate.

WHO WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report into Nike HR's Change Management Office and partner with a team of experienced change practitioners. Day to day, you will work closely with your project leadership, project/program managers, Communications liaisons and other subject matter experts to effectively engage a variety of HR, cross-functional and business stakeholders. You will regularly engage and partner with leaders and provide guidance on effective change sponsorship and leadership. You will also advise strategic teammates and peers to ensure coordinated change experiences are designed across a diverse portfolio of change initiatives. Your change initiatives will directly impact enterprise-wide leaders and teammates throughout NIKE, Inc.!

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training

- 10+ years of program and organizational change experience in a corporate environment, focused on large-scale transformational enterprise change

- Experience implementing medium to large change initiatives in a matrixed environment, communicating plans across a corporate, regional and/or functional teams

- Project Management experience juggling multiple projects while maintaining keen attention to detail and carrying out project work backs, timelines and budgets

- Experience with innovative communication and change tactics, such as immersive experiences, change agent network, engaging communications and learning experiences

- Familiarity with the Agile/Scaled Agile development approach

- Familiarity with User Center Design, User Experience concepts

- Experience initiating and driving the conceptualization process contributing insight into innovative approaches to managing change

- Proven experience comprehending business needs, synthesize technical and specialized knowledge and translate them into a cohesive strategy

- Global implementation experience preferred
