The Impact You Will Make

  • Project manage and recruit for key DEI programs across various departments
  • Research and asses potential programs, partnerships and tools to help diversity pipeline
  • Identify, engage and nurture a network of diverse candidates through sourcing channels, partnerships and events.
  • Screen candidates by conducting high level assessments of knowledge, skills and experience, and present for roles within DEI programs.
  • Advocate for candidates throughout the hiring process by preparing for interviews, answering questions, extending offers, and initiating onboarding process.
  • Oversee and collaborate with DEI team members to champion and foster inclusive and equitable hiring best practices for internal partners.
  • Partner with GrubConnect groups (ERGs) to increase diverse referrals, showcase DEI work, and spotlights by leveraging bytes blog
  • Collect and analyze data and report out on ROI, current pipeline, progress, and results of initiatives and programs
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve future initiatives and programs
  • Build and develop internal and external relationships to develop and scale programs
  • Assist with creating, evolving and documenting program framework
  • Actively participate in external and internal DEI channels and report out on market trends
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and people team to advocate and promote DEI initiatives
  • Multi-task, problem-solve, and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5 years+ of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a majority of that experience being at a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience in diversity hiring, events, and or programs ideally within a complex matrix organization.
  • Experience recruiting for technical positions, and has a clear understanding of technical concepts and their impact on an internet company.
  • Experience working with multiple hiring managers to identify and develop tailored job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills.
  • Attentive to detail and well-organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong influencing, analytical, and problem solving skills; and excellent written and verbal communication.
