Human Resources Focused Data Annotator employment via Workforce Logiq (PRO Unlimited)
The position is fully remote and part-time (candidates must be authorized to work in the US, STEM OPT not accepted): 20 hours a week at a minimum, maybe more by mutual agreement, up to 40 hours a week.
Overview:
Data annotation entails categorizing, tagging, and evaluating textual information. In this case the textual information would be related to the field of HR, including articles about HR policies and tickets concerning HR issues.
In particular, some of the tasks you would do in this role include:
- Grading the quality of algorithmic responses to user queries
- Tagging salient information in user-entered text
- Identifying relevant HR terms in support tickets filed by real users
- Categorizing support tickets using a complex taxonomy
- Evaluating the performance of an AI chatbot
Requirements:
- Fully fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level
- Employment/education experience in Human Resources or a closely related field
- Commitment to upholding security protocols when working with PII (personally identifiable information)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be fully vaccinated against covid-19

Preferred but not Required:
- Experience working in a large enterprise (in any role)
- Familiarity with common IT terminology
- Knowledge of terminology and processes in Finance, Accounting, Facilities, or Legal
