Cyber Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Challenge:
Are you passionate about helping organizations manage talent effectively? Are you looking for an opportunity to help modernize government services to increase mission focus? You will use your expertise in talent acquisition and consulting to partner with complex cyber organizations to improve recruiting, hiring, sourcing, and demand planning practices and manage large-scale change. You will act as a liaison to clients, working to help them design and build their cybersecurity and engineering workforces. You will be expected to operate with limited supervision and substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. You will also be asked to serve as a Booz Allen practitioner in the management consulting pillars and assist with developing new service offerings and intellectual capital for talent acquisition efforts. T his position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:
-3+ years of experience with talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, talent management or talent demand planning
-2+ years of experience with supporting large, dispersed client organizations in the federal or private sector
-1+ years of experience with conducting trend analysis, developing business cases, process design, or making recommendations for improvement
-Experience with delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
Nice If You Have:
-Experience working with cybersecurity, Agile, DevSecOps, or engineering teams
-Experience in change management, strategic planning, culture change, or mid-to-large-scale transformation
-Experience using low code, no code platforms or HRIS systems
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Master's degree
-Change Management, Human-Centered Design, or Project Management Certification
-Agile, DevOps, or Cybersecurity Certification
Clearance :
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation:
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 70,000 to 90,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
