We are looking for a standout Recruiter to join our team. This person will lead recruiting efforts for our new staffing business unit by partnering closely with our client services team and client partners to seek out and recruit top talent for our global, enterprise clients.

Would you like to...

  • Manage the entire full-cycle recruitment process for Designit's staffing business unit
  • Draw on extensive knowledge in the creative/marketing or tech space to be a true partner to our accounts team and client to fully understand their needs
  • Work closely with Designit's business development team and client partners to execute a new staffing strategy, and engage and evaluate talented candidates for new business opportunities  
  • Lead intake and talent strategy calls with internal hiring managers, clients, and client partners
  • Prioritize open requisitions based on a deep understanding of return on investment and opportunity cost
  • Source top technical and digital marketing talent, and build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth hiring process including People/HR Team, Finance, and Operations 
  • Successfully manage, prioritize and close searches/placements against timelines defined in service level agreements
  • Utilize systems and tools to report on KPIs around pipeline, source of hire, and offer/accept rate, etc. 

We would like  you to have...

  • 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast-paced, high volume, staffing agency environment; 2+ years of experience preferably recruiting creative talent
  • Ability to source, recruit, and build a pipeline of candidates suitable for flexible arrangements (short and long-term engagements) in capacity services/contingent workforce
  • Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels, and experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews, and group interviews
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to both understand client’s technical talent needs and evaluate strengths and weakness of candidate’s technical skills through screenings and interviews
  • Ability to learn quickly and think out of the box in order to deliver results under tight timelines
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, and negotiation skills are a must
  • Knowledge of recruiting systems and tools: MS Office, LinkedIn, ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates 
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS and/or Beeline is a plus
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 clients is a plus.
