The Corporate Strategy Office is a fast-paced, high-visibility organization working multiple roles as the CEO and EVP Chief of Staff, lead strategy facilitator, and behind the scenes Corporate Officer collaborator. Operating in a highly dynamic environment, the Corporate Strategy Office reaches across the entire organization to bring relevant resources and information to bear on the highest corporate priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop, refine, and communicate the corporate strategic plan
Lead corporate strategic investment program
Research and prepare materials that assess and communicate the corporation’s achievements; brief the Board of Trustees
Develop quarterly CEO briefing to Board of Trustees
Participate in the design and delivery of corporate strategic-level events
Perform and direct studies to support corporate strategic planning
Perform special projects, for the CEO, EVP, and other corporate officers
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree
Typically three years of related experience
Ability to lead teams of peers and management to complete complex/confidential executive-level projects
Ability to shift from high level “big picture” thinking to detail perspective
Capacity to find definition in unclear/abstract guidance
Comfortable working with senior executives and maintaining a high-level of confidentiality
Willing to travel domestically approximately 5%
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance
How You Can Stand Out
It would be impressive if you have one or more of these:
Advanced degree in an area related to business or technical strategy, e.g., MBA, JD, MPP, M.S.
Current and active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
Insight into the corporation’s constituent organizations

$81,427 - $105,931 - $130,436
