About the role:

You’ll be a critical member of our People Team, driving our recruiting and talent initiatives in a critical role.  You’ll be an integral player right now as the majority of your role will be focused on attracting top talent to our growing business!  When not recruiting, you’ll have an opportunity to flex your incredible people skills in acting as an HR Business Partner in supporting various teams across the org.  We’re still in startup mode, which means change is in our DNA! Your positive attitude, collaborative working style, and hussle will thrive in our team.

In this role, your priority will be on Recruiting: 

  • Balance a list of open positions by being the single person to kick off new positions, build our highly structured interview process, screen and source candidates, and move to offer! 
  • You’ll recruit on roles across the entire org, Technology to Sales to Product to Customer Success.  
  • You’ll support our diversity and inclusion initiatives from an attraction standpoint, and be focused on building a diverse pipeline of talent and ensure our interview processes are inclusive to all backgrounds and makeups.
  • You’ll contribute to our employment brand and source opportunities for the team to be involved in the tech scene.


When not recruiting, you’ll be spending time all across the talent ecosystem:

  • HRBP: Supporting leaders on their people priorities, including working on retention strategies, supporting leaders in career pathing and development opportunities, and supporting employee relations as needed.  
  • Talent Development: You’ll get involved in performance management, compensation, learning and development, and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. 
  • People Operations:  Driving processes and employment relations, as it relates to compliance and labor laws, FMLA, ADA, etc.


About the team: 

We are a small group of people professionals focused on recruiting, talent, development and culture.  We care about our candidates and our employees above everything else.  Our to-do list is always growing so we’re experts in prioritizing what’s most important for our people and for the company.  


**Skills and experiences we value:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in-house, and in a high tech or fast paced environment. 
  • Experience in an HRBP or similar People Team role, with experience in various aspects of the talent lifecycle.
  • PHR or SPHR, experience with HR regulations and compliance, preferred but not required.
  • Be an expert at the details, coordination, and support to leaders and employees.
  • Ideally, be looking to get into the Recruiting or Human Resources profession.
