About the role
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for several salaried requisitions, supporting our Finance team. You will partner with hiring managers to identify the ideal target profile, research target companies, schools, and locations to recruit from as well as institute best recruiting practices. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, creative thinker, and relationship builder who can advocate for the business and for our candidates.
- Build strong pipelines in a thoughtful and strategic manner while being mindful of target metrics and overall recruiting goals around performance and diversity
- Carry out a positive candidate experience ensuring that you’re providing adequate updates and follow-ups
- Serve as a business partner to your hiring managers and help guide them throughout the recruiting process
- Help develop and improve recruiting processes and partnerships to ensure continuous improvement
The experience you have
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least two of those years spent recruiting for Finance roles
- Exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment
- A strong and engaging communicator that can best represent our company’s values
- Reliable business partner capable of coaching, advising, and providing guidance to hiring managers
- Data driven to better understand and communicate recruiting performance and continue to enhance our processes and drive better results using data
- Experience navigating an applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse ATS experience is a plus
