Contractor Senior Recruiter 
Work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment alongside some of the smartest thought leaders in hospitality technology.  We’re looking for a talented Senior Recruiter to join our team to help our rapidly growing company. We need a seasoned professional with tech company experience to handle full life cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization. 

What you’ll do

• Help to build the Duetto team by bringing smart people on board across the business.
• Work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create a recruitment strategy tailored to their specific requisitions.
• Assist in creating job descriptions.
• Source candidates (active and passive) and develop a strong pipeline.
• Work to fill roles across all departments and locations, including the US, EMEA and APAC.
• Interview candidates via video to assess their qualifications.
• Creatively source candidates and think outside of the box.
• Usher candidates through our interview process, build relationships with them and successfully sell the opportunity.
• Work closely with others on the People Ops team to ensure that all logistics are handled relating to interviews.
• Reporting to the Manager, Global Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in a related field.
• 5 years experience working as a recruiter.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment - from sourcing to closing candidates.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience with Greenhouse.
• Proficient with G-suite programs.
• Comfortable dealing with sensitive information in a discreet manner.
• Self-starter that works well independently, as well as in a team setting.
• Enjoy networking and relationship building.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of market trends relating to hiring in different regions.
• Startup experience is a plus.
