Evidation is looking for a mission-driven company ambassador to help us recruit and retain the best talent at Evidation as we scale our business. As a Sourcer/Recruiter at Evidation, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of positions throughout our organization. You will also have the opportunity to inform Evidation’s overall approach to recruiting as the company continues to grow.
The contract is for approximately 40 hours a week and is expected to last approximately 6 months. The contract is subject to extension.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage sourcing efforts across the Engineering team
- Craft and send recruiting emails
- Identify qualified candidates profiles using various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Github, etc)
- Source and pre-screen candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and execute toward their hiring needs
- Guide candidates throughout the process using white glove service
- Drive offer process including extending offers and closing candidates
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS
- 5+ years as a full-cycle recruiter or 2+ years as a sourcer
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and action-oriented
- Enjoys/succeeds in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with hiring managers and candidates
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with talent acquisition tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
- Start-up experience
