Why you're important to us:

PatientPop is growing rapidly and seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a 3-6 month contract who will work closely with Go to Market (GTM) teams to attract, engage and hire the most exceptional talent. You’ll be driving creative talent strategies and are passionate about delivering a first class candidate experience from the first touch point. This role will be heavily focused on helping our Recruiters build talent pipeline across our business functions to help us scale. 

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in an independent environment who will help find the best and brightest talent by sourcing and engaging candidates. You will work with Recruiters across the organization and be a partner to their hiring needs by communicating pipeline, status of searches, and feedback on candidates. You will help to build and scale teams across PatientPop by maintaining a robust and active pipeline of talent. You will consistently reach out to prospective candidates via outbound sourcing. You will be a PatientPop ambassador effectively communicating the company mission, vision, and values. 

You will stand out with:

• Proven success in a high volume recruiting role specifically with expert sourcing experience
• An established history of collaborating with senior business leaders from best-in-class companies
• Strong communication skills and business insight necessary to interact with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders within the organization
• A successful track record of engaging, recruiting, selling and hiring senior talent
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
• Great communication
• Tech- savvy, experience and knowledge working with ATS and HRIS systems, Greenhouse experience is a plus
