Title: Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary)

Location:  Dallas, Texas                                 

Job Purpose: The Recruiting Coordinator is primarily responsible for scheduling interviews for the Talent Acquisition team. Our Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support the growth of our fast-paced organization. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner for maintaining the daily operations of our interview schedules and calendars and being the face of recruiting within rewardStyle.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Work with Recruiters to manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with hiring managers and provide continuous updates on the status of the open positions, making sure positions are posted accordingly.
  • Follow up with hiring managers on interview feedback in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and assist with telephone screens as needed.
  • Responsible for managing the jobs email, making sure to follow through on all resumes and applications received to ensure proper correspondence is sent to applicants.
  • Assist the recruiter and hiring managers on sourcing candidates for roles from sales to engineering
  • Ensure all open positions have updated job descriptions.
  • Assist in compiling reports and track effectiveness of sourcing methods, cost per hire, budgets, etc.
  • Manage internal candidates and referrals on a timely basis and communicate status to all parties.
  • Provide scheduling support and invoicing support.
  • Handle other assigned administrative requests or special projects assigned by the HR Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience performing scheduling or administrative support required.
  • Prior experience in recruitment coordination preferred.
  • Experience scheduling using the Greenhouse ATS  
  • Time management skills w/ great attention to detail
  • Advanced customer service skills and critical thinking
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and good written communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask under tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly
