We are excited to provide the opportunity for a Recruitment professional who works on a contract basis and looking for a role where they can convert to a full time team member.  

You should apply for this role if you want a role where you can support the growth of our organization through business partnerships in a highly collaborative environment. This position will provide you with the opportunity to work directly with hiring managers and manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for entry and mid level roles. .  

As our Contract Recruiter, you will partner directly with our hiring managers to and manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for sales, marketing, technical and corporate roles across the US.

What your day to day will look like:

You will act as an advisor for the teams you hire for by developing a strong knowledge of the talent pool we seek to recruit from and coming up with strategic and competitive ways to attract top talent to AvePoint.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs, create an interview matrix, provide market feedback, and consistently communicate updates throughout the interview process.
  • Becoming an expert in our business to effectively qualify candidates, provide ideas for workforce planning and
  • Leading and conducting intake meetings, sharing potential profiles from pipeline, defining the interview process, and sharing talent market intelligence
  • Maintaining a pipeline of candidates for future needs to reduce the time to fill
  • Tracking and communicating interviews
  • Maintaining relationships with your hires
  • Owning and executing on a talent acquisition strategy
  • Enabling our hiring managers and interviewers to provide an engaging and quality candidate experience
  • Utilizing and maintaining our ATS, providing detailed notes and submissions on candidates, facilitating the interview/hiring process, and building our talent pools.
  • Integrating key data measures throughout the TA process
  • Championing AvePoint’s EVP and culture through talent branding and hiring team advocacy in a meaningful way.

What you will bring to our team and feel valued for:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in high volume and/or competitive industries, such as IT
  • Full lifecycle recruiting experience in several disciplines
  • Sales minded individual who thrives when it comes to being an expert in the industry you recruit for 
  • Natural relationship builder – ability to build relationships with proactive candidates, nurture a talent pipeline and gain quick trust of our hiring managers
  • Entrepreneurial drive – able to come up with new ideas on how to recruit the best talent for our teams and integrate yourself into the business
  • Ability to manage 10+ requisitions at a time and maintain a proactive pipeline with the goal to quickly fill positions once they open
  • Keen understanding of the current talent market and industry best practices

We have a group of employees who regularly use their lunch break to workout in the gym in our office building. Some days we'd workout in groups, take yoga or spin classes, or even orchestrate our own version of Orange Theory on the treadmills & rowers.
