Summary:
The Compensation, Senior Associate has a background in total rewards, focusing on compensation design, management, and analysis. This role is responsible for supporting compensation administration and analysis for a global organization. The deal candidate also has experience with compensation and HRIS technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as day-to-day support and liaison between Total Rewards Team and HR Business Partners, Payroll, Sales Commissions, and Leaders team.
- Support compensation program design (e.g., base salary, incentive compensation, salary structures, pay policies, etc.).
- Facilitate compensation plan management (e.g., base salary adjustments, short-term and long-term incentives administration and payouts).
- Leads data analytics related to ongoing analysis of total rewards programs, effectiveness, costing, and projections.
- Monitor and administer deferred compensation programs.
- May support payroll and sales compensation teams with analysis and reporting to leadership.
- Provides competitive market and internal equity analysis.
- Prepares and facilitates communications related to total rewards strategy, administration guidelines, deadlines, etc. in conjunction with Communications Team.
- Manages various total rewards vendor relationships and consulting relationships.
- Prepares filings associated with federal, state, and SEC compliance requirements.
- Identify, research, and provide recommendations for compensation-related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manages compensation data in HRIS and compensation management technology platforms.
- Prepares and manages data related to participation in compensation benchmarking/surveys.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in quantitative and/or analytical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the field of compensation/total rewards.
- 100% telecommuting permitted.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with HRIS/compensation technology platforms (e.g., SAP/SuccessFactors, PayScale, PayFactors).
- Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws, SEC filing requirements, and compliance desired.
- Experience assessing competitive compensation benchmarks, base pay administration, and short-term incentive/long-term incentive administration.
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, problem solving skills, and strong track record of supporting compensation data analytics required.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and possess written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines prioritize workload and make necessary adjustments to meet business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with a positive and proactive attitude.
