Next Insurance is experiencing incredible growth and we are looking for an experienced compensation professional to join us to lead the charge to attract and retain the industry’s top talent. Reporting to the VP of People, this role will have the opportunity to revamp the company’s compensation strategy from the ground-up.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the compensation review process
  • Ensure the compensation program is competitive to market by evaluating survey trends, conducting research and making recommendations
  • Conduct compensation analysis by collaborating with People team and hiring managers
  • Ensure our stock plans and equity grant process are administered
  • Manage external compensation survey participation
  • Be a key partner to finance and accounting to determine compensation budget


What We Need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience working in compensation at a global, tech company. A plus if you have run payroll processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a passion for data
  • Expert in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
