We're looking for a Commercial Talent Lead with first hand experience hiring exceptional talent into a fast paced scale up. As our Commercial Talent Lead - you will be based in the US and supporting our commercial teams globally. Not only will you be hands on, but you will be get the chance to design and deliver on our wider talent strategy.Ā 


You'll lead a team of two full cycle recruiters and help dive in on critical roles across Commercial teams - making sure weā€™re sourcing, qualifying and delivering a fantastic candidate experience, and excited to be part of the rocket-ship journey we're on šŸš€

As a Leader of the Commercial Talent team, you'll:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, hiring world-class talent across all Commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Tech Operations).
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of two commercial recruiters and work closely with hiring managers on critical roles across the Go-To-Market function.
  • Track pipeline activity and ensure your ATS (Lever) data is immaculate.
  • Help build out our employer brand across the North American market.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to create and execute outreach campaigns for sourced candidates, and to define best in class interview processes.
  • Get creative! You'll be constantly finding new ways to find & bring in our next cohort of Tessians.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through the interview process.
  • Constantly iterate and improve our hiring processes, and learn with us as we navigate this journey of scale.

We'd love to meet someone who:

  • Has previous recruiting experience within the GTM cyber security space.
  • Has worked in either agency or & in-house cyber based startups/tech companies.
  • Has spent around 5-8 years working in as an internal Talent partner or leading and coaching a team.
  • Is ultra-proactive, and comfortable mixing things up.
  • Can handle the pace & ever-evolving nature of a hyper-growth environment.
  • Ideally has experience hiring a mix of different roles .
  • Is passionate about increasing diversity.
  • Keeps thinking of innovative ways to promote more & more inclusion in our hiring processes.
