We are seeking a Clinical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition (“TA”) team and company. The successful Candidate will have a demonstrable track-record of partnering with hiring teams and attracting top talent to the Included Health Clinical and Care Teams. This person will be an integral part of our TA team and will partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies to find and attract the best technical talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive recruiting efforts for our Clinical and Behavioral Health Teams - Clinical to include: Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, Certified Medical Assistants, etc.; Behavioral Health to included Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Master Level Therapists.
  • Identify and engage top talent, assess skills and culture fit for Included Health
  • Creatively pursue and source passive Candidates. Ability to develop relationships with residency programs, industry events, social media sourcing, online search, in-house marketing campaigns, and partnership with key external agency partners.
  • Provide a positive experience for Candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Engage with employees in creative, fun ways to promote a strategic referral program
  • Partner with Analytics to regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with key internal stakeholders
  • Advise Hiring Managers on compensation recommendations and negotiate successful offer acceptance with finalist Candidates

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, at least 3 years as a full-cycle Recruiter working with Clinicians, Behavioral Health and/or Medical Field.
  • Ability to sell Included Health, our value proposition and “voice” in a highly competitive hiring market
  • Experience running multiple reqs and managing candidates with the ability to quickly build credibility with hiring managers and the broader team
  • Ability to quickly change priorities and focus based on evolving hiring demand.
  • Solid track record developing Candidate pipeline specifically related to passive candidates
  • Comfortable rolling up their their sleeves and partnering with the team to drive process improvements and efficiencies with our workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
  • Preferred knowledge/experience with Lever or other similar Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Act with sense of urgency and a competitive mindset.
